Hey Saff Bham, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on what information you would like to see for each stage of the application process on the Kanban board?
- Would you like the Kanban board to be interactive, allowing you to move applications between stages manually?
- Are there any additional stages or features you would like to see on the Kanban board that were not mentioned in your initial request?

- I think, given the varience of processes within each organisation, this could do with being a very simple pre-defined generic Flow.
FOund a job > Made first contact > Application in progress > Applied > Rejected (got rejected / i didnt like the role) > Hold
- In the first instance, it doesnt need to be, although being able to click into a role and change the status from there or from the card is sufficient (would be good to add a note at this point), which can show on the Journal (Notes)
- My initial request was a starter for 10. Maybe good to get a beta version done, let people use it, then get their feedback / see how they are using it.

I think it should also have a feature which ask pop questions the user after 15 days or 30 days (can be set by user) to push the job to that column. This would actually be a good column.

It would be really helpful if we could add a new column to our job board called "To Apply," so that we can keep track of which jobs we still need to apply for. It would also be great to prioritize/view jobs in any board with custom filters, and to archive/ remove jobs from any board either manually or automatically.
Specific Features:
- To Apply Board: A board that would allow for easy addition, removal, or movement of jobs without having to click on the card.
- Priority or Favorites List: A feature that would enable users to add jobs based on top priority or "favorites" and quickly view the most urgent ones.
- Job Rating: A feature that would assign a rating of 1-10 to each job based on personal job preferences set in the user's profile. Users would be able to manually adjust this rating.
- Sort/Filter: A feature that would allow users to sort and filter boards based on priority jobs, rating, and other important factors such as company, location, salary, job titles/industry, company size, number of contacts, and keywords.
- Remove/Archive from Board: A feature that would enable users to create archived lists/boards and move jobs to those lists. It would also allow the creation of separate boards for saved applications, active applications, interview prep, and archived applications.
- Saved Applications: A board that would feature a "To Apply" board with custom views/filters.
- Active Applications: A board that would keep track of applications from "applying" to "offer."
- Archived Applications: A board that would allow users to archive jobs to customized lists or tags, such as "No longer Interested," "Rejected," "Ghosted," and "Job Unavailable." Users could also delete a job entirely or archive it based on automatic factors set up, such as a LinkedIn job post no longer being active.
LinkedIn automatically removes saved job postings that are no longer active, which is helpful for reducing clutter and avoiding unnecessary job materials. However, the problem arises when either: a) the job is reposted instead of being marked as inactive, or b) you have already applied or reached out, but they have temporarily suspended new applications. It may be useful to link the saved job posting to the actual job posting link or create a separate tag for archived jobs. Additionally, if the same link goes live again, there should be an automatic re-adding of the job to the saved jobs list.
Thank you again for considering!
